LODA FURNITURE GIVES FRANCHISE

Loda Furniture Chairman Davut Karaçak stated that they opened their first store in 2013 in Istanbul Modoko, saying, "We have showrooms in Modoko, Masko, and Bostancı in Istanbul. We also opened our Bursa store in March. We aim to open 5 new branches by the end of the year while continuing our expansion activities."

"FRANCHISING MEANS INVESTING IN THE BRAND"
Karaçak emphasized that giving franchises also means investing in the brand, stating, "This way, we benefit from the capital gained from investors to develop new businesses while also investing in the brand. Carefully selected franchises positively contribute to the company's image and increase profits. Expanding a company's market share is quite costly. We believe that well-established and recognized brands in their sectors should offer franchising to small or large-scale investors to increase their market share. As Loda Furniture, we are providing franchising and making serious investments in this area. We welcome investors who want to be partners in a profitable future with low costs."

Karaçak added, "We maintain the Loda standards we have set regarding location, size, and decoration in our stores. After determining the most suitable location for effective sales, we ensure the space is at least 800 square meters, ideally 1200 square meters, and a maximum of 2000 square meters. An operating capital of approximately 400,000 to 600,000 TL is needed. Loda dealers typically recoup their investment in about a year."
