● Cleaning of these product groups should be done with a damp cloth.

● Substances containing solvents and having a pH value above 0 (zero), such as vinegar, spirit of salt, alcohol, abrasive, etc., should not come into contact with the product.

● Liquid spilled onto the product (hot/cold) should be immediately cleaned with a damp cloth without applying pressure, and then dried with a dry cloth to prevent any moisture remaining on the surface.

● Objects with high temperatures (teapots, pots, etc.) should not be placed on product surfaces.

● The process of moving the product should be done by lifting, not by dragging.

● Cleaning of product groups containing natural stone (marble) should be done by wiping the surface of the product in circular motions with a damp cloth, followed by drying with a dry cloth to ensure no stains remain.

● When moving the marble surface, it should be moved by the method called 'swording,' which involves lifting it vertically.

● Upholstered product groups should be cleaned by a specialized center using a professional cleaning method suitable for the fabric's properties.

● It is necessary to regularly remove the dust from the fabric surface using the upholstery cleaning attachment of a vacuum cleaner.

● Fixed-upholstered products with covers can be cleaned with fabric cleaners suitable for the fabric's properties or with mild soap and a damp cloth without applying pressure. This cleaning should be applied to the entire product, not just specific areas.

● Products with genuine leather should be cleaned with special leather cleaners, and soap, detergent, etc., chemicals should never be applied. A dry cloth should be used for dust removal.

● Allow the surface of the couch, which is wet or damp during cleaning, to dry at room temperature only without exposure to sunlight or heating devices.
